History of Royal Oak Hills

Royal Oak Hills was built in the 1960’s! Yup you heard it here. This neighborhood was originally designed to cater to those that were looking for a vacation home or for retirement in Boca Raton. They even had a “model” row of homes to preview and choose from near the main entrance on Camino Real.

The neighborhood has maintained the essence of old Florida, transporting you right back in time with single level homes, big windows and pools galore. Some of the original models can still be seen throughout the neighborhood, such as the the Brookfield model which originally sold for $27,900 a bargain compared to the pricing today.
