The Cove – Deerfield Beach
I recently had lunch at The Cove in Deerfield Beach, and let me tell you, it’s better than ever!
The waterfront view is stunning, the food is much improved from what it used to be, and the service is fantastic.
I went for the crab cake salad, and it was absolutely delicious—light, flavorful, and perfect for a sunny day by the water.
Whether you’re looking for lunch, dinner, happy hour, or even a spot to catch the game, Two Georges is a perfect choice. Plus, it’s a fantastic place to watch boats glide by while you relax.
The Nauti Dawg – Lighthouse Point Marina
If you love a laid-back atmosphere with live music, The Nauti Dawg in Lighthouse Point is the place to be. Every time I visit, we have a great time.
This spot is known for its seafood, but we switched it up last time and shared a juicy burger. I have to say, it was one of the best burgers I’ve had!
Paired with a beautiful view of yachts and boats, it’s a perfect place to unwind and enjoy some local charm. If you’re looking for an easygoing spot with good food and good vibes, this is a winner.
Nori – East Palmetto Park Road
In the mood for sushi? Nori on Palmetto Park Road is a hidden gem. I stumbled upon it while taking a stroll and loved the fabulous sushi I ordered.
I ordered the Boca Roll, and it was so fresh and delicious—perfect for a sushi fix. Nori’s location is super convenient, just east of Federal on the north side of the street, and it has a great ambiance for a casual but satisfying lunch or dinner.
Mia Rosebud – Downtown Boca
For a bit of elegance, head to Mia Rosebud in Downtown Boca. From the moment you pull up and valet your car to when you take your last bite of dessert, the experience is first-class.
The happy hour here is a must-try—think sliders, oysters, and the most incredible coconut cream cake you’ve ever had.
The cocktails are cold, the service is fast, and the atmosphere is perfect for a night out. Mia Rosebud is one of those places where you feel pampered, and it’s worth every moment.
Kasumi Boca at Waterstone Resort and Marina
The grand opening of Kasumi at Waterstone Resort & Marina brought a stunning new dining experience to Boca Raton!
This modern Japanese restaurant, crafted by renowned chefs Takashi Yagihashi and Jonathan Fox, combines traditional Japanese flavors with a contemporary twist.
From the freshest locally sourced sushi and sashimi to unique dishes like Shio Koji Sea Bass, each bite is an adventure.
The serene waterfront views, organic teak and rattan accents, and Kasumi’s dedication to omotenashi (Japanese hospitality) create a vibe that’s equal parts elegant and inviting.
Whether you’re a sushi lover or just looking for a standout dining experience, Kasumi is sure to impress. Check out our Instagram reel on this fabulous new restaurant!
Penelope – Mizner Park
Last but certainly not least is Penelope in Mizner Park. If you’re craving a New Orleans-style menu, this is the spot for you.
I went with a few friends, and we shared a variety of appetizers like shrimp and grits, mac & cheese bites, and oysters—everything was absolutely fantastic.
The cocktails were quick, cold, and perfectly mixed, but the star of the show was the beignets. They were so good, it felt like I was back in New Orleans.
If you want to experience a little taste of the Big Easy, make sure to stop by Penelope.
Flanigans (Big Daddy’s) Downtown Boca
Flanigan’s has been our go-to spot since the late ’70s! It’s the perfect laid-back place to meet friends and family for a fun happy hour. We remember the quarter beer nights and the disco ball!
The menu never disappoints – from the creamy fish dip and crispy chicken wings to their famous mahi sandwiches and legendary baby back ribs.
Flanigan’s is all about great food, friendly vibes, and that classic South Florida feel that makes every visit memorable.
Trattoria Romana – Downtown Boca
One of our favorite family traditions is celebrating Christmas Eve at Trattoria Romana, an Italian gem that’s been delighting diners since 1993 in beautiful downtown Boca Raton.
From the moment you step inside, you’re transported to a little slice of Rome, surrounded by hand-hewn oak floors, vaulted brick archways, and grapevine-trellised ceilings.
The intimate bar is perfect for a pre-dinner toast, and we always look forward to being welcomed by our favorite server, Alberto, whose warmth and attention make each visit unforgettable.
Trattoria Romana’s attention to detail shines in every dish, whether it’s the rich lobster ravioli, tender veal piccata, or those small touches like the freshly made bruschetta and Ciambellini cookies that arrive with our cappuccinos.
The symphony of flavors and the Romanesque atmosphere make it feel like a true Italian experience—a place that calls us back, year after year.
New York Prime – Near Town Center Mall
We’re all about the bone-in rib-eye at New York Prime, paired with delicious sides like sautéed mushrooms and creamy spinach. And we can’t leave without indulging in the seasonal berries with cream!
The bar is always buzzing with energy, the drinks are perfectly chilled, and the live entertainment and people-watching add that extra touch.
This place is a true steakhouse experience, known for its top-quality USDA prime beef and vibrant supper club vibe—it’s no wonder it’s been a Boca favorite for over 20 years.
Taverna Kyma – North Boca
We love dining at Taverna Kyma in Boca Raton! The crispy calamari, moussaka, seared sea scallops, and Greek salad are some of our absolute favorites, and the desserts are delightful.
With its upscale yet relaxed atmosphere, Taverna Kyma is perfect for any occasion, from family dinners to romantic evenings.
The staff’s warm Greek hospitality and the authentic Mediterranean flavors make every visit feel like a special experience.
